NICE TO MEET YOU

I'm Dylan Butterbaugh

Dylan Butterbaugh began making chocolate in his parents’ kitchen, experimenting with homemade equipment and even roasting cacao beans on a BBQ. In 2010, he founded Mānoa Chocolate, which has grown into one of the most recognized craft chocolate brands in the world. Since 2018, he has been teaching makers around the globe through Craft Chocolate TV, which now has nearly 45,000 subscribers, while continuing to design and operate commercial chocolate factories.
